• Promptly greet and assist clients who enter or contact the dealership in a highly professional manner.
• Research upcoming advisor appointments prior to customers arriving.
• Assist in preparing customer paperwork and checklists.
• Greet guests by name when arriving.
• Perform guest walk‑around process.
• Contact customers on the status of their vehicle repair and respond to any customer questions.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors on work in process.
• May update systems.
• Coordinate the staging of vehicles according to pickup times.
• May shadow with experienced Advisor staff and develop skills and experience to:
• Check vehicle maintenance records and examine service schedules
• Ascertain performance problems by listening to customer’s description of vehicle symptoms
• Develop estimates, initiate repairs and create repair orders
• Verify warranty and service contract coverage
• Communicate repairs with customers and obtain customer approvals

• Minimum 6 months of service drive experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver License
