Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
As a member of the Celebration Chevrolet team, the receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and employees. We will rely on you to be a brand ambassador for Celebration and for GM, promoting our products, services, people, and experiences. In this role, you get to meet and help a variety of people, learn about the automotive business and provide excellent customer service.
This is a career for someone who is service oriented, energized by people, and is flexible with taking on different tasks as needed.
The receptionist will answer customer needs in person at the front desk as well as over the phone. In addition, scheduling service appointments and communicating important messages to department heads are other important roles. Here, you will build a career that helps people achieve their dreams, because purchasing a car isn’t just about a new set of tires, it’s about creating memories, establishing reliability, and achieving convenience and mobility.

To qualify specifically for this role, we require candidates to:
- Have a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
- Have the flexibility to work a schedule that will include some Saturdays and some holidays
- Have one year of customer service experience on the phone
- Have the ability to multitask
Be able to build rapport quickly, with a variety of types of people and situations - Be open, with a willingness to try and to learn new things
In addition, we’re most interested in candidates who also have:
- Prior experience at a dealership
- Prior experience in customer service/sales in any industry
- Prior experience creating a personal and lasting relationship with customers
