Leasing Consultant

What You Will Do
  • Be the face of our community– Welcome and show prospective residents around, highlighting our features and amenities.
  • Close the deal– Turn prospects into happy residents by securing lease agreements and processing applications.
  • Engage with residents– Create programs to keep residents happy and build a sense of community.
  • Support community operations– Provide excellent customer service, respond to requests and complaints, and keep the office and community areas looking professional.
  • Stay compliant– Follow Fair Housing, state, and federal laws while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment– Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to management.

Qualifications

    Bridge Investment Group will match contributions dollar‑for‑dollar, up to 6% of your pay. Contributions vest immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. Employees must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
  • Paid Time Off:
    Employees accrue 5.23 hours of PTO per pay period, totaling 17 days per year.
  • 11 Paid Holidays per year.
  • Following six months of employment, eligibility for four weeks paid parental leave (primary caregiver) or two weeks (secondary caregiver) per birth, adoption, or placement of a child. After two years, eligibility for twelve weeks parental leave for primary caregivers.
  • Tuition Reimbursement:
    Up to $5,000 per year for pre‑approved tuition expenses, with repayment obligations if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
