Overview

Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position).
Monthly new lease and renewal bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.

Are you a sales and customer service superstar? We have an exciting opportunity for you on our leasing team at our 416-unit apartment community in Aurora, CO. As Leasing Consultant, you make the important first connection with potential residents; you help them find their perfect apartment home by greeting prospects, showing apartments, closing sales, and processing rental applications and leases in compliance with fair housing laws.

• At least 6 months of leasing experience on an apartment community.
• Good leasing and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to type 30 WPM and stay organized.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
• Must be able to work every Saturday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

• Answer and return resident calls, as well as email requests
• Complete guest cards and lease paperwork correctly and timely

Work Days: Tuesday – Saturday
Work Hours: Tue-Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm;
Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Required License or Certification: Valid CO Driver’s License
