Overview
Dental Assistant - Expanded Duty (EDDA) job at Comfort Dental Aurora, Aurora, CO.
Responsibilities- Place all classes of composite resin fillings with proper isolation, contacts, contours and bonding protocol.
- Efficiently pack cord and take crown/bridge impressions using a scanner and/or PVS materials.
- Fabrication of temporary crowns using bis-acryl materials.
- Take alginate impressions for study models, whitening trays, etc.
- Apply knowledge of 4-handed dentistry and maintain an efficient chairside workflow.
- Arrive promptly and be ready for scheduled work days.
- Demonstrate a friendly demeanor and ability to work as part of a team.
- Understand and adhere to all established infection control and sterilization protocols.
- Experience and skill in the listed duties are required for the position.
Salary will be based on experience and skill in providing care. The ability to meet the standards listed above is a requirement of the position.
