As a Surgical Technician, you'll work closely with our surgeon and clinical team to support patients through consultations, surgery, and recovery. If you're compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do- Assist the surgeon during consultations and surgical procedures
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide pre- and post-operative care
- Monitor patients and record vital signs
- Take diagnostic radiographs and follow radiation safety protocols
- Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate medical clearances and help patients understand treatment instructions
- Deliver outstanding patient service and help patients feel comfortable and supported
- Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive and efficient clinical environment
- Dental assisting experience preferred
- Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
- Team-focused, professional, and eager to learn
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Current CPR Certification (required)
- Dental Assisting or Oral Surgery Assisting Certification (preferred)
- Hepatitis B vaccination/titer (required)
- Current TB screening (required)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to assist with patient movement and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple priorities
