As a Surgical Technician, you'll work closely with our surgeon and clinical team to support patients through consultations, surgery, and recovery. If you're compassionate, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist the surgeon during consultations and surgical procedures
  • Prepare patients for surgery and provide pre- and post-operative care
  • Monitor patients and record vital signs
  • Take diagnostic radiographs and follow radiation safety protocols
  • Ensure surgical instruments and equipment are cleaned, sterilized, and ready for use
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate medical clearances and help patients understand treatment instructions
  • Deliver outstanding patient service and help patients feel comfortable and supported
  • Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive and efficient clinical environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Dental assisting experience preferred
  • Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient safety
  • Team-focused, professional, and eager to learn
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient care
Certifications & Requirements
  • Current CPR Certification (required)
  • Dental Assisting or Oral Surgery Assisting Certification (preferred)
  • Hepatitis B vaccination/titer (required)
  • Current TB screening (required)
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to assist with patient movement and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing multiple priorities
