• Assist lead teachers in implementing engaging lesson plans and activities.
• Supervise and support children during playtime and structured activities.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all children.
• Document children's progress and communicate with parents regularly.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive play.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.

• Must hold an ECT qualification or equivalent certification.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• Positive and nurturing demeanor with a love for teaching.
