Kelly Education is hiring Early Childhood Education substitute teachers and paraprofessionals in Aurora Public Schools, Early Learning Centers! No previous classroom experience is required!

Support the following Aurora Public Schools Early Learning Centers:

  • APS Early Beginnings
  • Jamaica Child Development Center
  • Laredo Child Development Center
  • Sable Child Development Center

Preschool, ECE, or Early Childhood Education substitute teachers may also be known as early childhood education facilitators, lead teachers, or head teachers. Substitute paraprofessionals may also be known as classroom assistants, assistant teachers, aides, para educators or facilitator aides.

Minimum requirements

A high school diploma is the minimum requirement to work in a preschool. Requirements vary per position and facility. A Kelly Education Recruiting Strategist will be happy to provide center and position requirements upon application.

Responsibilities
  • Assume duties of the center employee in accordance with lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
  • Assist, support, and work closely with the supervising center employees
  • For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lesson plans
