• Lead and run Summer Camps, Parents Night Out events, and Birthday Parties
• Manage event flow, timing, and transitions
• Coach and direct staff during events

• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Reliable and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Comfortable leading groups of kids and staff
• Experience with kids, coaching, or events is a plus (not required)
