** What You'll Do*
* As a Special Education Teacher, you will:

+ Provide direct instruction and specialized support to students with disabilities

+ Deliver services through push-in, co-teaching, and small-group instruction

+ Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

+ Progress monitor student performance and adjust instruction to meet individual needs

+ Maintain a caseload of approximately  
** 18-20 students*
* + Collaborate with general education teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to ensure student success and IEP goals are met

+ Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment

+ Build meaningful relationships with students while encouraging academic growth and independence

+ Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements

** What We're Looking For*
* We're looking for educators who are compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact every day.

** Qualifications include:*
* + Valid  
** Colorado Special Education Generalist License** ,  
** or*
* +  
** Temporary Educator Eligibility Authorization (TEEA)
** issued by the Colorado Department of Education

+ Strong instructional and classroom management skills

+ Experience developing and implementing IEPs

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills

+ Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
