Special Education Teacher

Overview

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Early Childhood Special Education Teachers for the  school year. Founded and led by passionate clinicians, SPG focuses on helping kids shine and reach their full potential through creative and collaborative educational support.

• Valid Colorado Special Education Licensure
• Ability to work in person with students in a school environment
• Proficiency in IEP case management
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in collaborative, multidisciplinary teams
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and continuously develop professional expertise

• Provide academic support to students in classroom settings
• Conduct academic assessments and assist with IEP goal development and implementation
• Collaborate closely with parents, general education teachers, and related service providers
• Facilitate student engagement and participation throughout the school day
• Develop and implement lesson plans and maintain data collection and progress monitoring
