Onward Education is hiring a dedicated Special Education Teacher at our client’s school in Aurora, Colorado. Special Education Teacher - EC Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers to create inclusive classroom activities.
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages social interaction and participation.
  • Adapt instructional strategies and materials for students with disabilities.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with educational standards.
Special Education Teacher - EC Qualifications
  • Valid Colorado special education teaching license (all roles require EC licensure).
  • Experience in inclusive classroom settings or related special education environments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with general education staff and support teams.
  • Strong understanding of special education laws and accommodations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to student success.
