Brady High School is an Alternative Education Campus as designated by the Colorado Department of Education. This means that more than 95% of our students are designated as highly at-risk by the State of Colorado. Some of these risk factors include: expulsion, homelessness, pregnancy, child abuse or neglect, foster care, a parent or guardian in prison or on parole or probation, loss of a parent or sibling, documented history of a mental or behavior health issue, significant trauma, and students who have dropped out of school.

In any one year, we serve approximately 350 students. Our mission is to reduce the dropout rate by finding the dropouts, non-attenders and expelled students and getting them a diploma and preparing them for work.

Our teachers are committed to our school and its mission and continually strive towards excellence. They understand the motivation of an alternative school student and have the skills to embrace their motivations and encourage student success.

Provide essential instructional continuity and maintain a positive, engaging learning environment for students in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is crucial in supporting the unique needs of diverse learners within our alternative high school setting. The successful new hire or rehired candidate will be responsible to complete and incur the fingerprinting and processing fee of $54.50 through an appropriate fingerprinting vendor and the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
