Solar Plant Operator

Mission

Your mission will be comply with maintenance schedules and ensure plant availability.

Región de Tarapacá, Chile

• Execution, recording and reporting of preventive maintenance activities included in the annual maintenance plan.
• Operation of the plant in accordance with the operation and maintenance manual and the requirements of the system operator.
• Coordination with the remote operations control centre (ROC) and real-time reporting of operational and corrective events.
• Attention to corrective maintenance events, stabilisation, root cause analysis, planning and execution of corrective intervention.
• Management of warehouses, stocks, spare parts and supplies.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports, both in reports and with the GMAO system.

• Intermediate or Advanced Technical Qualification in Electricity, Electronics or Mechanics (specialisations preferred)
• PRL Electricity Certificate (20 hours)
• Driving licence.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word and email.
• Knowledge of communication systems, SCADA and video surveillance.
• At least 2 years' experience in maintenance or electrical assembly in a photovoltaic solar plant.

• Working hours:
  • Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: on-call staff
• Competitive remuneration including SBA + Availability allowance.
• Possibility of being granted a car for shared use.
