Senior Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution / Substations

We are working with leading engineering, construction, and EPC firms in the power delivery sector who are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead transmission, distribution, and substation infrastructure projects. These roles involve managing complex utility projects from planning through execution while ensuring safety, schedule, cost control, and client satisfaction.

• Lead delivery of substation and/or T&D infrastructure projects from preconstruction through commissioning
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders
• Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution
• Support bids, proposals, and client relationship development
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

• Proven project management experience in substation, transmission, or distribution infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of utility construction, high-voltage systems, or EPC delivery
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams
• Client-facing experience with utilities, developers, or EPC contractors
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
