A leading aerospace company in Aurora, CO is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer to lead change management processes. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional inputs for proposals and customer requests, directly interface with customers during reviews, and brief senior leadership for project approvals. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of experience, including strong familiarity with RFPs and Agile methodologies.
