Hiring Electro-Mechanical Technicians - Aurora, CO
This position supports a growing automation and packaging operation by reviewing production orders, troubleshooting equipment issues, and driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis and equipment modifications. The role blends electrical, mechanical, and automation skills, with opportunities to work on custom builds, retrofits, and advanced automated systems in a clean, climate‑controlled environment.
Shift: 1st shiftJob Responsibilities:
Review incoming orders and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and alignment with production needs.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
Build, retrofit, and manage change orders for automated and custom equipment.
Apply PLC programming knowledge to support equipment performance and upgrades.
Use CAD tools and interpret electrical schematics to support design and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to support project execution.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in electrical troubleshooting and reading electrical schematics.
Strong mechanical assembly skills and experience working with industrial or automated equipment.
Experience in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and blueprint interpretation.
Mechanical assembly skills can be developed on the job but are beneficial.
Experience in customization, packaging, or automation environments is a plus.
Familiarity with PLCs, CAD, and electro‑mechanical systems is highly valued.

This is a Permanent position based out of Aurora, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
