Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager Security Clearance

Position is contingent upon contract award. As the Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and reliability of mission‑critical facilities systems in a 24/7 environment. This role ensures continuous performance of essential infrastructure, including power generation, chilled water systems, and large‑scale mechanical/electrical equipment. The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to prioritize and execute maintenance strategies that support uninterrupted operations.

• Develop, prioritize, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans to ensure operational continuity and asset reliability.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and performance standards.
• Oversee operation and maintenance of power generation systems, chilled water plants, HVAC systems, and associated critical infrastructure equipment.
• Ensure effective implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices across all maintenance activities and work areas.
• Respond to system outages, equipment failures, and emergency maintenance situations with urgency and technical expertise.
• Monitor system performance and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain compliance with applicable codes, standards, and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to support long‑term infrastructure reliability and improvement initiatives.
• Manage maintenance documentation, reporting, and tracking systems to ensure accurate records of work performed and system status.

• Minimum of ten (10) years of facilities maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Minimum of five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in facilities operations and/or maintenance management.

• Demonstrated experience prioritizing and managing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance work plans.
• Proven experience implementing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) practices in operational settings.
• Hands‑on experience operating and maintaining power generation systems, chilled water systems, and large‑scale mechanical/electrical infrastructure equipment.
• Demonstrated experience supporting 24/7 critical operations, including emergency response and after‑hours issue resolution.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑availability environment.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
