Maintenance Engineering Specialist

Aramco, a leader in retail technology and e-commerce, is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to keep our automated retail and fulfillment systems running at peak performance. In this role, you'll own preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues, and analyze downtime data to drive reliability improvements. You'll partner with operations and engineering to support new equipment deployments, document standards, and champion safety in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment focused on customer impact.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on automated retail and fulfillment systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and controls-related equipment issues
• Analyze downtime data to drive reliability and continuous improvement projects
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and engineering teams on system upgrades
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures, documentation, and CMMS records
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and technologies
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Train technicians on maintenance best practices and troubleshooting methods
