On-site Professional Opportunity

This is an assistant-level opportunity where you’ll be on-site with the client and another GCG meeting professional. The client is requesting professionals that are proficiency using an iPad, as well as experience with onsite registration systems and apps. You must be physically able to stand and move around the workspace for extended periods. You will not be required to lift more than 25 pounds, and a hand-dolly will be available for assistance when needed.

• Client requests that you wear Business Attire. – no jeans or leggings, small, discreet piercings like nose studs or small earrings are acceptable. Multiple or large facial piercings (e.g., eyebrow, lip, tongue) are not permitted. No visible tattoos permitted.

• There are no pre-meeting expectations required.

• Client requests that you greet attendees, pass out badges, handing out meeting giveaways and directional support.

• There are no post-event expectations required.
