• Conduct security operations at Bally’s Arapahoe Park Horse Track, placing special emphasis on compliance with federal and state law, Colorado Division of Racing Regulations, Internal Control Minimum Procedures, and house policies and procedures.
• Assist and support the Supervisor through personal interactions and by supporting the operations of the many racing and non‑racing facets of the security and racing operations.
• Participate in all racetrack security operations including racing and non‑racing aspects.
• Motivate, guide, and support team members in the proper discharge of their duties.
• Ensure all team members adhere to company policies as delineated in the Team Member Handbook.
• Assure highest standards of guest service are met at all times.
• Remain aware of all aspects of racing operations and attentive to any area that might need intervention or assistance.
• In coordination with the Security Supervisor, respond to and resolve any guest issues including violations of law or regulation.
• In coordination with the Security Supervisor, respond to and resolve any guest issues relating to any failure to deliver premium customer service.
• In coordination with the Security Supervisor, provide or arrange assistance to any team member in any department who may need it.
• Remain knowledgeable about all company marketing and promotional efforts and communicate the pertinent information to guests.
• Enthusiastically interact with guests to enhance their experience.
• Perform other duties as required.
