We are looking for a Vice President of Mortgage Processing for a high-volume, national lender. The VP of Processing will oversee all aspects of the loan processing teams within mortgage operations. The VP of Processing will be responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Responsibilities
  • Provides strategic leadership, guidance, and development to Processing and Operations management staff.
  • Accountable for driving and maintaining business results within Processing (customer satisfaction, productivity, timeliness, loan retention, regulatory compliance, and quality).
  • Effectively manages change and actively seeks ways to ensure adoption.
  • Understand how to use data and reporting to efficiently lead the Processing Department with a focus on approval cycle times, closing readiness, and Loan Processor capacity.
  • Effectively able to present information to large groups of employees for continuous improvement, change management, initiatives, and department communication.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years at a VP level in the mortgage industry.
  • Multi-department experience desired (Processing, Underwriting).
  • Home builder mortgage financing experience desired.
  • Knowledge of financials, budget planning, and expense management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications.
Required Education
  • Ability to be licensed nationally and in all states where the company does business.
Pay Rate Range

$120,000 - $150,000 per year. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
