Position: Loan Officer - Bilingual (Spanish)
Starting pay: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, plus incentives!

As a Financial Consultant I, you'll be the expert our members rely on!

What You'll Do:

* Engage with Members:
Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust.

* Loan Solutions:
Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding.

* Account Services:
Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions.

* Product Recommendations:
Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary.

* Financial Guidance:
Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions.

* Tech Support:
Help members navigate online banking and other self-service tools.

* Compliance & Security:
Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure.

What We're Looking For:

* A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially.

* Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. (Spanish-speaking skills are a plus!)

* Problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

* Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

* Previous lending or financial services experience is preferred, but we're happy to train the right person!
