Key Responsibilities- Lead the development, build-out, and ongoing execution of the company’s forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and scenario modeling
- Conduct financial forecasting, data modeling, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision‑making; analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations for cost savings and operational efficiencies
- Monitor financial performance and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the executive team
- Lead the development of the annual business plan and support ongoing budget management, including monitoring performance and identifying variances
- Conduct comprehensive return‑on‑investment (ROI) analyses on anticipated capital expenditures and provide well‑informed recommendations to drive strategic decision‑making and optimize financial performance
- Partner with operations and department leaders to drive forecast accuracy and alignment with field execution
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting focused on variances, risks, and opportunities
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision‑making
- Support project teams by participating in cost‑to‑complete and forecast discussions, identifying risks and challenging assumptions
- Identify and implement process improvements across forecasting, reporting, and data workflows
- Build practical dashboards and reporting tools that drive decisions and accountability
- Perform ad hoc analysis and independently source and structure data with limited direction
- Act as a key partner in improving data integrity and financial processes
- Serve as a liaison to corporate accounting

What You’ll Bring Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and forecasting methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to build financial models, forecasts, and analyses from incomplete or imperfect data sets
- Skill in preparing financial statements and developing forecast models that support decision making
- Proven written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Knowledge of accounting software systems and external reporting tools; JDE and Hubble experience is a plus
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a combination of relevant experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in the construction industry
