• Minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• At least 3 years of leadership managing teams of 50+ staff
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• Experience in healthcare, governmental contracts, or complex nonprofit environments
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, federal regulations, compliance, and CFR sections
• Hands‑on experience with revenue cycle management, especially in Medicaid, Tricare, or governmental insurance
• Exposure to complex coding, fund accounting, and controlled processes
• Deep understanding of government or healthcare contracts, rate structures, and reimbursement logic
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven ability to analyze, interpret, and translate operational needs into system and reporting improvements
• Strong technical aptitude with finance software and tools
• Commitment to fostering a high‑performance, coaching‑first team environment
• Willingness to participate in future financial system buildout initiatives

• CPA licensure
• Experience with Net Suite ERP and Paycom systems
• Exposure to building or optimizing billing workflows with automation and AI tools
• Prior experience with complex coding, fund accounting, and controlled processes
