Position Overview

As a Full‑Time Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Aurora, CO at the I‑70 & Tower branch. • Process a variety of customer interactions.
• Educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customers’ problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.

Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, high school diploma, GED, or significant prior product knowledge. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Base Salary: $33,000.00 – $55,000.00 (salaries may vary by location, market data, and individual skills, experience and education). This role is incentive eligible with payment based on company, business and/or individual performance.
