Job Description
As a Client Service Advisor, you will engage clients in the lobby, educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking or ATM. You will accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and have deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities. You will connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.

- Confident in educating clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manage time and capacity.
- Focus on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of the financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.

Hours Per Week: 40
Pay and BenefitsPay Range: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible.
