Senior Financial Analyst, Program Cost Controls
This role is located in Tucson, AZ and is hybrid. U.S. citizenship is required. Key responsibilities include managing EVMS and LOE contracts, analyzing program performance, utilizing PRISM tools, establishing baselines for new awards, monthly forecasting, tracking variances, coordinating with Cost Account Managers, supporting government audits, and ensuring compliance with EAC policies.
What You Will Do- Communicate effectively across multiple management levels and customer counterparts.
- Interact with program, product line, and functional leadership.
- Apply PRISM, estimates at completion, variance analysis, and other metrics to support production.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience interfacing with functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain) in program development and execution.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SAP Business Systems (APEX, PRISM, BW) or similar tools.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Experience working independently and with senior leadership.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience preparing contractual IPMR requirements for EVMS programs.
- Strong communication skills with peers, leadership, and customers.
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Experience training finance team members in tools and processes.
- Understanding of AOP, long‑range planning, program forecasting, and metrics.
- Competitive salary range: $68,900 – $131,100.
