Personal Banker - Universal - Fitzsimmons

Position Overview

As a Universal Banker within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Aurora, CO at the Fitzsimmons branch. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. This is an in‑office position; PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve their financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customers' share of wallet and position PNC solutions for new revenue and loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations via outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client to identify appropriate solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow share of wallet through a differentiated experience.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position products that meet their needs.
• Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk by adhering to all policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment within limits.
• Maintain heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, plus related experience or product knowledge.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in retail banking or related field.

No degree is required. Candidates may qualify with a combination of education, certification, and experience, including military service.

Base Salary: $45,375 – $75,625. Incentive eligible based on performance.
