- Pay: $25.00–$26.00 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

The District Credit Union is looking for a service minded Branch Supervisor to help lead daily branch operations, support a strong front-line team, and create a welcoming experience for every member.
In this hands on daily management role, you'll coach Tellers and Financial Service Representatives, assist members with everyday financial needs, and help ensure the branch runs accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with Credit Union standards.
About the RoleYou'll be a trusted resource for both members and employees. Answering questions, solving problems, supporting transactions and applications, monitoring compliance, and keeping daily operations on track.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and helping members make confident financial decisions.
What You'll Do- Lead daily branch operations while ensuring members receive friendly, accurate, and professional service
- Coach, train, and support Tellers and Financial Service Representatives so they can confidently meet member needs
- Schedule staff, monitor workflow, and help maintain efficient coverage throughout the day
- Assist members with transactions, account services, applications, debit cards, online banking, IRAs, and other Credit Union services
- Oversee cash-handling activities, including teller drawers, ATMs, vaults, cash orders, audits, balancing, and dual-control procedures
- Monitor branch activity for compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify operational, service, or training needs and communicate recommendations to leadership
- Support loan, deposit, service, profitability, and overall branch performance goals
- Maintain a positive, professional branch environment and perform other job-related duties as assigned

- Daily transactions, cash controls, vaults, ATMs, and teller drawers remain accurate and secure
- The branch consistently follows policies, procedures, and regulatory expectations
- Leadership stays informed of key operating issues, training needs, and performance opportunities
- The branch contributes to loan, deposit, service, and performance goals
- 2–5 years of similar or related experience, preferably in banking, credit unions, financial services, or a related field
- Previous operational, supervisory, coaching, or team lead experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, transactions, and branch operations
- A member-first mindset and genuine interest in helping people improve their financial well-being
- Clear communication skills and the ability to build trust with members and employees
- Ability to coach, motivate, and influence team members in a supportive, professional way
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Excellent organization and time management skills in a busy branch environment
- Comfort with financial systems, branch technology, keyboarding, and 10-key calculator work
One of the following is required:
- Two-year college degree; or
- Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; or
- Completion of specialized and extensive relevant training
