Position Overview

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial well‑being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions by leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; or a comparable combination of education, work experience, and certifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in a retail banking or customer‑service environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communication.
• Experience in proactive sales, prospecting, and selling retail lending.
• Background check required in compliance with Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Base Salary: $45,375.00 – $75,625.00. Incentive eligible with payment based upon company, business, and/or individual performance.
