Relationship Banker, Spanish Language

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through mobile banking, online banking, and ATM self-service resources
• Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions
• Conduct deep conversations to understand clients’ financial and life priorities
• Connect clients with solutions that meet their financial goals
• Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
• Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follow established processes and guidelines while adhering to applicable laws and regulations
• Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with small business, lending, and investment experts
• Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drive the client experience
• Manage cash responsibilities

• Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services products and solutions preferred
• One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals preferred
• Six months of cash handling experience preferred
• Minimum education requirement:
  High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
• Spanish language preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree preferred
