Position: Program Control with Security Clearance
Assertive Professionals is seeking Program Control supporting our National Security customer in Aurora, CO. This is a proposed position with a $5000 sign-on bonus, or reimbursable relocation. Responsibilities Include:

The Program Control (Senior/SME) position provides senior-level budgetary expertise in support of technical integration, project management, and systems engineering and integration for space and ground systems. The position supports Government leadership through resource analysis, budget planning and execution, funding assessments, program performance analysis, and development of executable budget spend plans. The position works with Government analysts, program managers, subject matter experts, staff officials, and other stakeholders to support organizational strategic priorities, mission requirements, resource allocation, and NGA-Denver operations.

Responsibilities Program Control and Budget Management
* Provide senior budgetary expertise to technical integration, project management, and systems engineering and integration in support of space and ground systems.
* Navigate complex organizational processes in collaboration with Government leadership and provide simplified program and budget information for review.
* Analyze the apportionment of resources to meet validated and emerging requirements.
* Support source selection processes, including reviewing and editing acquisition strategy documentation and coordinating across proposal evaluation teams to support fair and compliant contract awards.
* Prepare reports and estimates of future funding needs based on organizational strategic priorities, mission requirements, and budget allocation.
* Defend organizational budget recommendations using data and evidence-based analyses.
* Review proposals for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with Government standards.
* Verify funding requests for merit and authenticity to prevent fraud, waste, or abuse.
* Identify complementary and/or duplicative expenditures across multiple agencies supporting similar missions.
* Monitor the timing and sequence of fiscal commitments to ensure the organization remains within its authorized budget.
* Work with Government analysts, program managers, subject matter experts, and staff officials to develop and recommend budget and execution alternatives and assess program performance.
* Translate program projections and work plans into logical, reasonable, and executable budget spend plans. NGA-Denver Operations Support
* Provide subject matter expertise to refine persistent sensor and OPIR mission management, processing capabilities, requirements, tools, and CONOPS.
* Support OPIR studies and generate actionable recommendations to inform decision-making on systems, sensors, and initiatives.
* Document and advocate for user needs, storage requirements, and capability enhancements within the GEOINT enterprise.
* Assist in the development and maintenance of OPIR and related GEOINT knowledge bases and facilitate coordination on classification and releasability issues. Community Engagement and Outreach
* Support the development and execution of OPIR and related GEOINT sensor community outreach initiatives and engagements.
* Represent NGA in interagency forums, working groups, and subcommittees, ensuring NGA's equities are addressed and integrated into broader OPIR enterprise efforts.
* Coordinate and respond to Combatant Command (CCMD) requests for information (RFIs) and facilitate performance metrics and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
