We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in‑home therapy to clients from birth through age 18 in Aurora, CO. You'll deliver individualized, goal‑driven care that helps children build functional independence in the comfort of their homes.
Compensation & Scheduling- Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits:
Up to $120 per SOC - Full‑Time Caseload: 25+ visits per week

- Perform evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Address fine motor development, sensory integration, self‑care, and other functional areas
- Educate and coach families for consistent home program support
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with home health standards

- A master's or doctoral degree in occupational therapy (OT)
- NBCOT Certification
- Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of Colorado
- Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- A minimum of 1‑year clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred, but not required
