We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home, individualized therapy to adult clients in Aurora, CO
. You ll help patients improve independence, mobility, and overall quality of life through skilled, client-centered care.
- Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit
- Start of Care Visits:
Up to $120 per SOC - Part-Time Availability: 10-20 visits per week

- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations using standardized tools and clinical expertise
- Provide therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated support
- Make a direct impact on patients' daily lives and recovery

- A valid Occupational Therapist license in Colorado
- Proven experience in home health or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
- A flexible and adaptive approach to meet the diverse needs of your clients
