Based in Colorado, the professional team uses a combination of tried-and-true therapy techniques and innovative methods, including in-person and telepractice services, serving both children and adults. Therapies of The Rockies is committed to maintaining excellence in therapy services for developmental and rehabilitative needs.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Occupational Therapist located in Aurora, CO. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement evidence-based techniques to support their development and rehabilitation goals. This OT will also be supervising 2 COTAS. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, and providing guidance for at-home practice to support progress.

We build in supervisory time daily into your schedule so this is a true hybrid treat and supervise position. The therapist will work primarily with pediatric and adult populations to ensure their growth in functional skills and quality of life.

Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with families, clients, and team members
  • Experience working with Pediatrics and/or adult rehabilitation is highly beneficial
  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field; valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
