This is a full-time, on-site position for an Occupational Therapist located in Aurora, CO. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs, develop individualized therapy plans, and implement evidence-based techniques to support their development and rehabilitation goals. This OT will also be supervising 2 COTAS. Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining detailed client records, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, and providing guidance for at-home practice to support progress.
We build in supervisory time daily into your schedule so this is a true hybrid treat and supervise position. The therapist will work primarily with pediatric and adult populations to ensure their growth in functional skills and quality of life.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills for effective collaboration with families, clients, and team members
- Experience working with Pediatrics and/or adult rehabilitation is highly beneficial
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or relevant field; valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes
