Responsibilities- Collect patient reported outcomes (PROs) directly from patients in clinic at Steadman Hawkins using provided iPads.
- Communicate directly with patients regarding survey completions and outstanding forms to ensure data integrity.
- Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices (iPads) used for on‑site patient‑reported outcomes surveys.
- Coordinate and supervise volunteers to ensure consistent data collection and patient assistance.
- Update patient case forms with procedure‑related information to maintain accurate clinical records.
- Attend weekly team meetings to provide project updates.
- Visualize data and create reports for clinical and administrative use to track progress.
- Support ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Support clinical trials and academic research as opportunities arise.
- Assist in the preparation of publications, presentations, and conference materials.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in science or health‑related field.
- Clinical research or related experience.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
- Knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to interpret and master complex research protocol information.
- Work onsite at the UCHealth Steadman Hawkins Inverness clinic; travel to additional clinic locations within the Denver Metropolitan area may be required.

Salary RangeHiring range: $48,446 – $61,623 per year.
