Temporary Psychometrist – University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus
This is a temporary, part‑time position (no more than 12 months, 30 hours per week on average).
Job SummaryThe position will be supervised by a licensed psychologist and involves conducting studies examining executive function, cognition, language, and adaptive functioning for individuals with Down syndrome.
Key Responsibilities- Assisting with data collection through administration and scoring of cognitive measures and questionnaires.
- Extracting medical information from electronic medical records.
- Documenting procedures for testing, decision rules for scoring, and maintaining clinical manuals for all cognitive testing.
- Coding for qualitative aspects of cognitive testing.
- Knowledge and understanding of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Team coordination and management.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a statistical software package.
Competitive salary range $25,000 – $35,000 based on experience. Commensurate with University of Colorado benefits includes generous leave, health plans, and retirement contributions. The position may be eligible for overtime compensation.
