Research Services Professional (Intermediate/Senior) / RSP Intermediate 1, 2 or RSP Senior 1, 2

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and implement decision‑making tools.
- Assist in conducting key informant interviews, coding, and analysis of qualitative data.
- Compile and disseminate documents, including visual presentations (e.g., posters for conferences) related to research projects.
- Perform literature searches and coordinate, edit, and submit manuscripts.
Work Location: Hybrid (2 days on campus, remaining as needed).

Minimum Qualifications – Intermediate
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- One year of clinical research or related experience.
- Education and related experience can substitute for the degree on a year‑for‑year basis.

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Two years of clinical research or related experience.
- Education and related experience can substitute for the degree on a year‑for‑year basis.
Preferred Qualifications – Intermediate
- Master’s degree in science or health‑related field.
- Two years of clinical research or related experience.
- Experience in research/evaluation project management, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management, and analysis.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems).
Preferred Qualifications – Senior
- Master’s degree in science or health‑related field.
- Three years of clinical research or related experience.
- Experience in research/evaluation project management, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management, and analysis.
- Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems).
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of basic human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Ability to interpret and master complex research protocol information.

Candidacy and SalaryAnticipated Pay Range
- Intermediate: $52,721 – $67,061
- Senior: $56,995 – $72,498
