Job Title:

Research Services Professional (Intermediate/Senior) / RSP Intermediate 1, 2 or RSP Senior 1, 2

Position: #  – Requisition: #38680

• Collaborate with the team to develop, test, and implement decision‑making tools.
• Assist in conducting key informant interviews, coding, and analysis of qualitative data.
• Compile and disseminate documents, including visual presentations (e.g., posters for conferences) related to research projects.
• Perform literature searches and coordinate, edit, and submit manuscripts.

Work Location: Hybrid (2 days on campus, remaining as needed).

Minimum Qualifications – Intermediate

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• One year of clinical research or related experience.
• Education and related experience can substitute for the degree on a year‑for‑year basis.

Minimum Qualifications – Senior

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Two years of clinical research or related experience.
• Education and related experience can substitute for the degree on a year‑for‑year basis.

Preferred Qualifications – Intermediate

• Master’s degree in science or health‑related field.
• Two years of clinical research or related experience.
• Experience in research/evaluation project management, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management, and analysis.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems).

Preferred Qualifications – Senior

• Master’s degree in science or health‑related field.
• Three years of clinical research or related experience.
• Experience in research/evaluation project management, qualitative and quantitative data collection, data management, and analysis.
• Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g., EMR/EHR and data management systems).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced knowledge of federal regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion.
• Knowledge of basic human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Ability to interpret and master complex research protocol information.

Anticipated Pay Range

• Intermediate: $52,721 – $67,061
• Senior: $56,995 – $72,498
