Job Summary:
The Trauma-Sensitive Assessment Services for Kids (TASK) Program within the Stress, Trauma, Adversity Research and Treatment (START) Center at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a part-time .2 FTE Psychometrist (approximately 4 - 8 hours per week). The Psychometrist will work under the direct supervision of our pediatric neuropsychologist and directly support trauma-informed, interdisciplinary evaluations for children ages 3-12 with developmental and trauma-related concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and score standardized psychological and neuropsychological measures.
* With direction, implement behavioral management strategies for children with significant emotional and behavioral challenges.
* Document observations during testing.
* Prepare scored protocols and testing summaries.
* Assist with test preparation and maintenance.
* Participate in weekly, interdisciplinary meetings.
* Monitor, maintain, and track assessment inventory, materials, and subscriptions, and coordinate ordering, replacement, and/or renewal of testing supplies and subscriptions as needed.
Work Location:
Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO, State.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
ENTRY PROFESSIONAL
* Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited an institution
INTERMEDIATE PROFESSIONAL
* Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field from an accredited institution
* One (1) year clinical research or related experience.
Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience administering psychological or neuropsychological measures.
* Experience working with children with behavioral or emotional challenges

:
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Strong understanding of psychological or neuropsychological measures and related administration.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally.
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution.

* Familiarity with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a statistical software package.
