• In collaboration with the care team, provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
• Continuously monitor and document patient coping mechanisms and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Provide input and recommendations to the clinical team to help develop the plan of care and assist in carrying out the plan of care for assigned clients.
• Report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the care team.
• Execute duties based on instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
• Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action as needed.

• High School diploma or GED, or successful completion of UCHealth‑administered basic competency test.
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of related behavioral health experience required.
