- In collaboration with the care team, provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
- Continuously monitor and document patient coping mechanisms and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
- Provide input and recommendations to the clinical team to help develop the plan of care and assist in carrying out the plan of care for assigned clients.
- Report any changes in physical, mental, or emotional condition to the care team.
- Execute duties based on instructions and pre‑established guidelines.
- Apply critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and take appropriate action as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED, or successful completion of UCHealth‑administered basic competency test.
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of related behavioral health experience required.
- Competitive pay: $20.87 - $27.13 per hour (dependent on experience).
