UCHealth – Radiology Staff – Night Shift (Full Time)

Location

UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, CO.

Work Schedule

Full time, 72 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Night shift.

Compensation

$36.00 per hour plus travel package/stipend. Local traveler contract options for residents within 75 miles. 13‑week assignments available with extension options.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  • At least one year of experience.
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Required specialty ARRT certification(s), if applicable.
  • State licensure, if required by law.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR card valid for at least 60 days after hire.
Core Responsibilities
  • Review patient history and initiate radiographic images per physician orders.
  • Prioritize patient education to ensure understanding and cooperation.
  • Safely administer contrast media or related imaging medications while monitoring patient condition.
  • Respond to and report changes in patient condition as appropriate.
  • Apply techniques to obtain high‑quality images, maintaining quality control and equipment functionality per established best practices.
  • Precept new staff and support a multidisciplinary team that values safe, high‑quality patient care.
