Full Time, 68.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $38.72 - $58.08 / hour (dependent on relevant experience). This position is onsite and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure with the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Occupational Therapy
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification or CPR card valid through 60 days of hire
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care and various procedures.
- Deliver tailored intervention plans focused on helping patients develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed for daily living, work, and leisure activities.
- Facilitate participation in meaningful activities by teaching patients new ways to perform tasks, ensuring independence and satisfaction.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatment strategies, safety precautions, and use of adaptive equipment.
- Support a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members.
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
