Position: School Psychologist - Aurora, CO

Advance your school psychology career while directly supporting students social, emotional, and academic growth in an engaging, full-time contract role within a dynamic district in the Denver area. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and serve students from Early Childhood Education through High School, playing an essential part in their educational journeys.

What you'll bring:
  • Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting
  • Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
  • Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement for School Psychology
  • Proficiency with student assessments, IEP procedures, and functional behavioral assessments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to support crisis management, including suicide and threat assessments
  • Technological proficiency and strong documentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working effectively with diverse student populations and families
  • Calm, focused presence in emergency situations
What youll do:
  • Deliver direct services: group and individual counseling, mental health interventions, and psychoeducation for students with IEPs and 504 plans
  • Conduct comprehensive cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
  • Write and interpret evaluation reports, develop IEP goals, and create Educational Impact Statements
  • Collaborate on crisis response completing risk assessments and supporting safety planning
  • Partner with families, teachers, administrators, and community providers to optimize student outcomes
  • Provide staff training, academic/behavioral consultations, and support the MTSS process
  • Participate in professional development, team meetings, and collaborative planning
  • Maintain accurate, timely progress reports and service logs
  • Coordinate community resources to address student needs
  • Complete district background check and fingerprinting
