What you'll bring:- Minimum 3 years of prior experience as a School Psychologist in a K-12 setting
- Masters, Specialists, or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Active CDE Special Service Provider License endorsement for School Psychology
- Proficiency with student assessments, IEP procedures, and functional behavioral assessments
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to support crisis management, including suicide and threat assessments
- Technological proficiency and strong documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working effectively with diverse student populations and families
- Calm, focused presence in emergency situations
- Deliver direct services: group and individual counseling, mental health interventions, and psychoeducation for students with IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct comprehensive cognitive, social, emotional, behavioral, and adaptive assessments
- Write and interpret evaluation reports, develop IEP goals, and create Educational Impact Statements
- Collaborate on crisis response completing risk assessments and supporting safety planning
- Partner with families, teachers, administrators, and community providers to optimize student outcomes
- Provide staff training, academic/behavioral consultations, and support the MTSS process
- Participate in professional development, team meetings, and collaborative planning
- Maintain accurate, timely progress reports and service logs
- Coordinate community resources to address student needs
- Complete district background check and fingerprinting
