Affordable Massage & Studios in North Aurora is looking for selfless individuals that strive to serve their community through quality and affordable massage treatments.

We need your talented hands Monday mornings from 8am-2pm, Tuesdays 3pm- 9pm, Wednesdays 3pm-9pm, Thursdays 3pm-9pm, and Saturdays 3pm-9pm to start with additional/alternate hours in the future depending on performance.

Therapists earn base pay per massage + base commission + bonus commission + tips.

Evening/weekend therapists enjoy additional base pay.

All therapists can earn up to 40% in base commission with tenure. AMC also offers incentive commission bonuses up to 40% and guaranteed quarterly commission raises of 5%/quarter up to 40%. Earn $98+/hr as you grow with us.

Full-time employees (scheduled 30 hours/week-max of only 25 hands on hours) enjoy benefits like unbeatable paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance PLUS retirement matching up to 3%. All therapists enjoy guaranteed unpaid time off earned at 6 hours every 30 hours worked. Or in other words, enjoy a day off every week you work full time.

Our therapists are available by appointment only and our scheduling doesn't allow for gaps between clients, which means no time wasted twiddling thumbs at the office. Therapists are only required to be present when they have clients scheduled. We encourage therapists to enjoy their free time on their own terms.

Our therapists also enjoy guaranteed pay for no shows at their base pay rate because your time is valuable.

AMC offers all therapists and their clients a secured/surveillanced facility with comfortable waiting area stocked with complimentary water, tea, and coffee, as well as showers in the restrooms, a kitchen fully equipped with full size stove/oven, multiple microwaves, multiple refrigerators, a dishwasher, cookware, glassware, and flatware.
