Answer incoming phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.;
Welcome patients; update, verify, and enter patient demographics, insurance, and billing information and process forms into appropriate systems.;
Register patients for services, ensure accuracy, facilitate timely discharge, and maximize reimbursement.;
Maintain a working relationship with clinical partners to ensure open communication between clinical, ancillary, and patient access departments.;
Requests co-pays and/or outstanding balance at the time of check-in respectfully but firmly.
