Requirement:
Prior experience in Patient Transport, Supervisory and/or Lead roles in a Healthcare setting is preferred. Please upload current resume with application. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, leadership, supervisory, and relationship-building skills for employee development, as well as coordinating & operational experience - this position is a great opportunity to gain experience in healthcare administration. Some responsibilities will include:

• Supervise daily Patient Transport operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Lead associate onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development.
• Support workforce planning, staffing optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to resolve service concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
• Promote employee engagement, accountability, and operational excellence while supporting departmental goals and strategic initiatives.

Pay Range: $24.00 per hour to $25.50 per hour.

Summary:

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
