What You'll Do Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans

Treat a mix of inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, and long-term care patients

Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services

Collaborate with nursing, therapy colleagues, providers, and families

Support discharge planning and patient education

Document care accurately and efficiently

Help patients maximize function, independence, and quality of life

To Be Successful In This Role Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

Desire to work collaboratively across disciplines
