Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA Aurora​/East Denver, CO; Hybrid

Active BCBA certification required.

We’re hiring a BCBA to support clients across Aurora and East Denver. This hybrid role is ideal for a licensed BCBA seeking flexible hours, meaningful remote flexibility, and the opportunity to build a practical local caseload over time.

• $60–$81/hour depending on experience, availability, and caseload fit
• Performance and retention bonus opportunities available based on fit, caseload, and ongoing role success

• Oversee care for assigned clients in the Aurora / East Denver area
• Supervise and support RBTs
• Conduct assessments and update treatment plans
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Provide in-person clinical oversight as needed

• Active BCBA certification
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
